The ground chicken we use is the same proportion of white/dark as a whole chicken. This is used instead of pork.  Everything else is the same as our Original Links. 4 links per pound in hog casings.

Carle’s Bratwurst – Hot Links

We add a hot pepper to our original brat for these links.  These are medium hot…spicy but you can still taste the original flavor underneath. 4 links to a pound in hog casings.

Carle’s Bratwurst – Original Patties

Try our original mixture as 4 to a pound patties rather than links. These can be grilled or cooked in a skillet.  Great on a round rye bun with a slice of swiss cheese.
