Carle's Bratwurst
We're famous for our bratwurst, but we're more than that! We have a full butcher counter, a deli, a large grocery area stocked with many fine imported foods, and a famous eat-in / carry-out hot bar. We also have an excellent selection of imported wines and beers in our coolers, as well as plenty of delicious snacks.
Our retail store is located in Bucyrus, Ohio, America's Bratwurst Capital. Bucyrus is a great mid-western town with many generations of German heritage. Carle's is located on old Route 30, the Lincoln Highway.
